For the first time since 1959, the Army West Point men's soccer team placed at least four Cadets on the All-Northeast Region Team, as announced by United Soccer Coaches. Yearling Zac McGraw highlighted the Black Knights' awards with first team honors, while Marcos Arroyo and Rex Epps received second team recognition. Justin Stoll rounded out the accolades by earning a third team selection. McGraw, the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year and two-time First Team All-Patriot League member, was a key cog in Army's strong defensive output during the 2017 campaign. His 6-4 stature wreaked havoc on opposing teams all season long as Army led the Patriot League in fewest goals allowed (14) and limited the opponents to the fewest amount of shots (132).
