Philosophy Forum Guest Lecture Series

The Philosophy Forum hosted its third lecture in its Guest Lecture Series. The guest was Fordham University Business Ethics Professor, Miguel Alzola. While Professor Alzola’s talk focused on the business workplace, it was very applicable to the Army as his focus was on leader - subordinate relationships. Professor Alzola’s talk was on whether, to what extent, and under what conditions, an authority figure may lose (or retain) his or her standing to blame to his or her subordinates for a workplace wrongdoing.
