Army Downs Navy for the 8th-Straight Year

The Army West Point rifle team took down Navy, 5823-5788, in the annual Star Meet to capture its eighth straight victory over the Mids as part of the Army-Navy Star Series, presented by USAA. (4,672-4,629): The Black Knights captured three of the top four spots in aggregate scoring. Army was led by Marvin Lewis (1,177) who championed the event and posted the top mark for the Cadets for the second straight week. Danielle Cuomo came in second with a score of 1,172 followed by Nathan Brewer in fourth tallying 1,162. Payne Nunn rounded out the rest of the scoring for Army amassing a total of 1,152.
